Right of Withdrawal

1. Withdrawal Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

2. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VERDANORA, Enis Sejdiju, Meschedeweg 3, 4030 Linz, Austria, Email: support@verdanora.com, Phone: +43 664 1435179) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

However, the refund may take up to two (2) weeks to process. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly personalized to the consumer's needs,
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery, such as perfumes,
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature,
• for the supply of personalized items that have been specifically made or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
